The Mercedes S class is the kind of car you don't fall for, the moment you see it, unlike other cars like the Quattroporte. It demands time and then it slowly but surely grows on you and you finally do fall for it. To speed up the process though, you should get Carlsson to kit it out. The Merzig based tuner firm specialize in Mercs and for the S, they have the new RS kit which can be had in either carbon fibre or polyurethane. The kit is available for the long wheelbase version only. The body parts include a four pipe sport end muffler, front and rear bumper with diffuser, side skirts and 21-inch alloy rims. The kit doesn't make the car look radically different though it does make it a little more appealing.
