The Mitsubishi Lancer Cedia remains true to its rallying heritage and scores in the areas of driving pleasure and passenger comfort. There are two versions, Elegance and Sports - one for the executive and one for fun. One gets leather, the other carbon-fibre look-alike adornments. Ambience and fit and finish are good and the cabin is very roomy. The petrol two-litre responds urgently and is mated to a gearbox with short throws and precise slots. Driving dynamics are also very good, making this a fun-to-drive saloon.
