WE DIVULGED SUZUKI'S PLANS TO BRINGthe Hayabusa to India. We have now received a confirmation of the same from our sources at Suzuki. They have tipped us that the 'busa has been homologated and initial units have been imported into the country for sale. The peregrine falcon's namesake will go on sale this year. As we mentioned earlier, Suzuki is not targeting volumes but instead is gunning for a brand revival with the 'busa. If the YZFR1'S sales figures in India are anything' to go by, we are sure the Hayabusa will be off to a flying start as well.
