Heavy steering at low speed, due to the Duolever's inertia. The longest wheelbase. A clutch that's sulking after fast standing starts. Gruff, unpredictable fuelling. Yet the K1200S is the fastest through the slalom, not just on the strength of its best run but averaging out all three (the slowest run was only 0.07S slower than the ZZR's best). But then it is the lightest, with the best front/rear weight distribution and a tight turning circle.
