Many examples that portray Roger's obsession for single cylinder engines, superchargers, Harleys and board track racers that are omnipresent on most of his creations. The bike's rigid frame was designed and made specifically for the single cylinder engine layout to replicate the board track racers of the 1920S. Notice the single loop similar to bikes from 1910- 1930S. The oil, oil lines and the electrical wires are well hidden inside the frame rails at different locations to maintain the clean look. The 96scc mill has its lower casing from a Harley evolution engine with the cylinder and heads from Engenuity.

Roger's signature Rotrex supercharger is present on this bike too. The front end uses a girder style suspension with a well hidden shock that is located in the neck of the bike. The LEDs for brake lights and turn signals are beautifully fitted in the rear fender's edge. The Trouble has a custom made 23inch rear wheel and a 21inch front wheel from Leo Custom Cycles. The brake rotor and calipers are from Kustom Tech. The paint on the bike is simple industrial green. The bike won the 2005 AMD World Championship and Artistry in Iron award.
