The new C-Class is definitely a looker and is here to give stiff competition to the Rimmer 3 Series. It is more dynamic to drive and its 220Cdi powerplant remains a gem of an engine. The petrol-powered alternative is also a good buy. Those lounging in the back will be grateful for the additional leg space in the new version. A totally re-skinned car inside out, the new C-Class was introduced in Europe last year but sees the light of day in India only now, after Mercedes has exhausted the kits of the previous C-C1ass.
