The Chevrolet Orlando concept didn't really get its fair share of attention at the show, it must be said. And in complte contrast to the curvy oriental cars, the Orlando holds a harderedge promise.'lt isn't a flash in the pan either GM intends to put it into production in the near future. As with the current Chevy line-up, the Orlando also gets a stubby, flat sided stance, except that it does look interesting, aggressive and oddly spacious. The Cobalt platform will be used for the seven-seater. GM say that the Orlando sort of straddles the MPV and SUV genres by moving away from the one-box look. Chevrolet slotted in its 152PS, 320Nm 2.0-litre turbodiesel for the show.
