You are looking at the new Chevy Cruze and potentially the new Chevy Optra in India. GM has got together its global design and engineering team to make the Cruze which is based on the Delta 2 platform. Now the big deal is that GM intends to follow Cruze's design language for future Chevy models. So if you don't like what you are seeing, the golden bowtie is not something you want in your garage for some time to come. But if you do, the Cruze will be sold globally from March next year with 1.6-litre and 1.8- litre petrol and 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel powerplants.
