Fiat Linea the more powerful Multijet engine

When is the Fiat Linea coming with the more powerful1.6-litre Multijet engine? I liked the car's handling and grip. If equipped with this engine, the car will be a lot of fun.

Fiat had originally planned to launch the Linea 1.6 diesel at the Auto Expo 2010. However, the 1.6 diesel engine uses a gearbox from GM with whom it shared powertrains before. Fiat is now developing its own gearbox for the Linea 1.6 but that won't be ready for India until the second half of 2010.
