Who is best?

I have a Hero Honda Kari2ma 2005 model. What modifications can I do so that its exhaust sounds like the Yamaha YZF-R6? At what price is the R6 available for in India?

The Yamaha YZF-R6 has a 600cc four cylinder engine and hence it sounds very different from the 223CC single cylinder engine of the Karizma. No matter which exhaust you use, any single cylinder machine can never sound lihe a multi-cylinder one. A new R6 in India should cost depending on dealer to dealer.
