How much time will it take to work on my car?

Most performance equipment and body kits are bolt -on types and are readily available for a wide range of cars and engine options. It shouldn't take more than a few hours if you want the basic upgrades like air filters and exhausts. Fixing turbochargers and nitrous kits will take a few days though depending on the car.
